To give you some backgrund, Michael Singer has been writing about technology for 12 years. His most recent stint is serving as West Coast News Editor for InformationWeek.

He has also written for ABC-7 News, KTVU-FOX 2, and CNET News.com where he covered PCs, handhelds, gadgets.

His current contributions to InformationWeek include blogging about Digital Life, Web 2.0, and Startup City.

Michael is also an original IQ member on TechWeb’s Internet Evolution site as well as an avid contributor to Twitter.
