Don’t you just love it when companies listen, really listen?
Well, that just happened for me recently – and not by a brand I work for!
I wanted to take a moment to specifically single out not only the company, TechSmith, but also their fearless advocate, Betsy Weber.
I referred to our back-story in the Cinch Cast from LeWeb conference in Paris, France last week (below) as well as previewed their announcement that my beloved Snagit is now in beta for Mac users! Hooray!!!
